See lease deadlines, rent differences, unusual expenses, and missing records in your portfolio brief. Open the source or ask a follow-up question.

03

Keep it current

Add new statements and records as they arrive. Review updated findings, explore your money, and keep track of changes without starting a new audit.

Keep adding records to keep the picture current. Checks run when you add new records; new findings appear in your portfolio brief, without a connected account feed.

Keep your tools. See the whole portfolio.

Leasella works alongside your property-management system and accounting tools. Upload exports and source documents from AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, Rent Manager, QuickBooks, or spreadsheets to connect the records across your portfolio.

A few useful details.

Does Leasella connect to my bank?

No. You upload statements and other records. Supported checks run when new documents arrive, and the app shows gaps in the records provided.

How are findings checked?

Leasella AI checks proposed findings against their source documents. Findings that cannot be supported are held for follow-up. You can inspect the evidence and decide what to do next.

Do I need to buy an audit first?

No. Start with your documents or create a workspace. A scoped audit is an optional service for a takeover, refinance, sale, or records cleanup.

Can I use this for multiple clients?

During the pilot, use one account per client. Keep each client’s documents in their own account.

What if I have a large archive?

Contact us before uploading a large historical collection. We’ll confirm the processing scope first. Ongoing subscription pricing is monthly and subject to fair use.
